The Dobrudzha Agrarian and Business School is seeking several motivated and detail-oriented experts to join our team for the implementation of an international project funded by the INTERREG NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme.

 

 1. Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

·   Coordinate and monitor project activities according to the approved work plan.

·  Ensure compliance with donor and programme requirements.

·  Prepare progress reports, documentation, and communication with partners.

·   Organise and support project events, meetings, and workshops.

·   Maintain accurate project records and support financial reporting.

Requirements:

·   University degree in economics, management, international relations, or related field.

·  Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in EU-funded or international projects.

·  Excellent organisational and communication skills.

·   Strong command of Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).

·    Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools.

2. Financial Assistant 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Prepare, process, and verify financial documentation.

·  Assist in budget monitoring and financial reporting.

·   Ensure compliance with donor and programme requirements.

·  Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with project partners on financial matters.

Requirements:

·   Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

·  Experience in financial administration (EU-funded project experience is an advantage).

·  Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

·   Good English skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

·   Accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.

 3. Communications Assistant 

Key Responsibilities:

·    Develop and publish content for the project’s website and social media channels.

·   Prepare newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.

·    Assist in organising project events, workshops, and conferences.

·   Ensure project visibility in line with programme requirements.

Requirements:

·  Experience in content creation, social media management, or public relations.

·   Strong writing and editing skills in Bulgarian and English.

·   Good visual design sense (basic graphic or video editing skills are an advantage).

·   Organisational skills and attention to detail.
